Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Android app SB Game Hacker Simulator and to this website. The app is published on Google Play by Points2Cards ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. Google Play's own terms also apply to your download.

1. It's a simulation

SB Game Hacker Simulator is made for entertainment. Everything you see during a "hack" is generated by the app itself. It does not open or change other apps, games, accounts or devices, it doesn't read anything inside them, and it can't give you coins, gems, lives or any other in-game items. Progress bars, detection meters and "access granted" messages are part of the show.

2. Using it fairly

Pranking your friends is what the app is for. Please keep it harmless. Don't use the app to:

convince someone that you really hacked them, their phone or their accounts in order to scare, pressure or blackmail them;
get money, passwords or anything else from someone by pretending the hack is real;
break the law or the rules of a game, platform or school.

3. Ads

The app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. Some ads are optional and unlock a rank in the app. Ranks are a cosmetic part of the simulation and have no value outside the app. How ad data is handled is described in our privacy policy.

4. Other apps and names

The app shows the names and icons of apps on your own phone so you can pick a target. Those names, icons and trademarks belong to their owners. SB Game Hacker Simulator is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of those apps, any game publisher, or any other "game hacker" tool.

5. Our app and content

The app, its design, texts and graphics and this website belong to us. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app or publish it elsewhere, for example as an APK file.

6. No warranty

We work to keep the app fun and stable, but we provide it "as is". We don't promise that it will always be available, work on every device or be free of errors. We may change, update or stop the app at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the app or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country.
