Privacy Policy
Effective date: 5 November 2026
This policy explains what data the Android app SB Game Hacker Simulator (package name com.sbgamehacker.simulator) and this website, sbgamehackersimulator.com, process, why, and what choices you have.
1. Who we are
SB Game Hacker Simulator is published on Google Play by Points2Cards ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the processing described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. The short version
- The app is a simulation. It doesn't open or change other apps or games, and it doesn't read anything inside them.
- The list of apps on your phone is built on your phone and never leaves it.
- You don't need an account. We don't ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, files or location.
- The app shows ads through Google AdMob and uses Google Firebase for usage statistics and crash reports. Google receives some technical data for this, as described below.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the app asks for your consent before ads are shown, and you can change your choice later in the app.
- This website has no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies.
3. Data that stays on your phone
Your installed apps
To let you pick a "target", the app asks Android for the apps on your phone that have a launcher icon, and shows their name, icon, package name and version number. This happens only on your phone. The list is not stored by us, uploaded or shared. The app does not open those apps, change them or read anything inside them.
Your rank and settings
Your rank (Noob, Pro or Elite) and a few app settings are saved in the app's own storage on your phone, so they survive a restart. We can't see them. They are removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob: banner ads, full-screen ads between screens, and optional rewarded ads that unlock a rank. To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent ad fraud, Google may collect or receive:
- your device's advertising ID (if available);
- your IP address, from which an approximate location (such as your country) can be derived;
- technical information such as device model, Android version, language, app version and network type;
- information about ads shown to you and how you interact with them (for example views and taps).
Consent. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the app shows Google's consent message before ads are requested. Ads are only personalised if you agree. If you don't, you may still see non-personalised ads, which use the data above in a limited way, for example to count views and prevent fraud. You can change your choice at any time with Privacy settings on the app's home screen.
More about how Google uses data: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase)
Google Analytics for Firebase
We use Firebase Analytics to see how the app is used as a whole, for example how many people open it, which screens they visit and how long a session lasts. It processes an app instance ID, usage events (such as first open, screen views and app updates), device model, Android version, app version, language, an approximate location derived from your IP address and, where available and allowed, the advertising ID. We look at this data in aggregate. We don't use it to identify you.
Firebase Crashlytics
When the app crashes or hits a serious error, Crashlytics sends us a report so we can fix it. A report contains the technical details of the error, the device model, Android version, app version, the device's state at the time (such as free memory) and a random installation ID.
More information: Privacy and security in Firebase.
6. What we don't collect
The app has no accounts and no login. It does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, messages, photos, files, microphone, camera or precise location. It doesn't read data inside other apps. We don't sell your data.
7. Overview of third parties
| Service | Provider | Purpose | Data |
|---|---|---|---|
| AdMob | Showing and measuring ads, preventing fraud | Advertising ID, IP address, device and app info, ad interactions | |
| User Messaging Platform | Asking for and storing your ad consent | Your consent choice, device and app info | |
| Firebase Analytics | Usage statistics | App instance ID, usage events, device and app info, approximate location, advertising ID | |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Crash reports | Error details, device and app info, installation ID | |
| Google Play | Download, updates | Handled under Google's own privacy policy |
Google may process this data in the United States and other countries. For transfers out of the EEA, Google relies on safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
8. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
- Personalised ads: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Privacy settings.
- Non-personalised ads: our legitimate interest in funding a free app, and your consent where the law requires it for accessing information on your device.
- Analytics and crash reports: our legitimate interest in keeping the app stable and understanding how it is used.
9. How long data is kept
- Data on your phone (rank, settings, consent choice): until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
- Crashlytics: crash reports and the related installation IDs are kept for 90 days.
- Firebase Analytics: user-level data is kept for the retention period set in our project, at most 14 months. Aggregated reports without personal data may be kept longer.
- AdMob: Google keeps ad data under its own retention policies.
10. Your choices and rights
- Change your ad consent: tap Privacy settings on the app's home screen (shown in regions where consent applies).
- Advertising ID: in Android settings (usually Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads) you can delete or reset your advertising ID. Apps then can't use it for personalised ads.
- Stop all processing: uninstall the app. This also removes everything it stored on your phone.
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Because the app has no accounts, we usually can't link data to you. Email us and we'll help as far as we can, and point you to Google where the data sits with Google. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
11. Children
On Google Play the app's target audience is users aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you think a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
12. This website
sbgamehackersimulator.com is a simple information page. It has no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies, and it loads its fonts from its own server. To deliver and protect the site, our hosting provider and Cloudflare process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, and keep it in server logs for a short time. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it has to check that a visitor isn't a bot. Links to Google Play take you to Google, where Google's privacy policy applies.
13. Changes
If the app or this website starts handling data differently, we'll update this policy and the effective date at the top. Please check it now and then.
